Asianux Corporation Established In Wuxi

Wuxi (20th December 2007) - Asianux Consortium members Red Flag Co., Ltd. (China), HAANSOFT Inc. (Korea) and Miracle Linux Corporation (Japan), formally announced that the Asianux Corporation has been established in Wuxi, Jiangsu .P.R. China as a joint venture company of the Asianux Consortium. The establishment of the Asianux Corporation is based on a ‘4-co’ cooperation business model and over 4 years of close cooperation, relationship and experience among the 3 companies.

The Asianux Corporation will conduct development, marketing, and distribution of their Linux Operating System, which has been recently involved in server and mobile device platforms, as well as in desktop platforms on the Asian OSS market. The Asianux Corporation integrates together the resources of its 3 companies in terms of technology, workforce, finance and management. By concentrating together the competitive advantages from the 3 companies, development is accelerated, decisions are taken quicker and response time is reduced, thus allowing the Asianux Corporation to provide its clients with a more efficient service. In addition, the Asianux Corporation is the guarantee for the Consortium members of an ideal platform to cooperate with its global partners.

Wuxi is the new emerging city in IT, especially for the software industry. The Wuxi government considers software as one of the pillar industries and is striving to promote it. The revenues of the software industry for 2006 were over 10 billion RMB, and 25 time those of 2000.
